Last week Action and Advocacy sent out an announcement advising that:
In support of the CFUW National’s direction for clubs to support their local women’s shelters that CFUW-Hamilton would offer our support to INASMUCH House locally by bringing personal care items and new clothing to our meetings for donation to the shelter.
A quick phone call to the shelter to ask what was currently most needed developed the following list:
Shampoo (adult and children’s brands)
Toothpaste
Deodorant
Body Wash /Shower Gels
Women’s Sanitary Products (tampons and pads)
Please consider bringing something from the list to our next meeting.
