Here is some follow-up information regarding the panel discussion held in January about Reducing Maternal Deaths in Canada. Below is the link to a book titled “Why Mothers Died and How Their Lives Were Saved”, which provides summaries of each chapter. Additionally, we recommend reviewing the TOOLKIT  mentioned by Dr. Jocelynn Cook from The Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada (SOGC), one of our panelists during the discussion.
